Bakkavor Group, an international provider of fresh prepared foods and produce, late last week announced the sale of Bakkavor Traiteur.
Bakkavor Traiteur, a non-core, fish spreads business based in France, was sold to Alfesca, a leading European producer and supplier of convenient, premium seafood products to retailers and foodservice suppliers.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
All employees of Bakkavor Traiteur were transferred to Alfesca upon the sale.
