Diversified Communications, the parent company of SeafoodSource, has released the exhibitor list for the upcoming Seafood Expo Southern Europe in Barcelona, Spain, with many companies returning after participating in previous versions of the annual event.
Show organizers said more than 140 companies from more than 24 countries will exhibit at the show, which is scheduled for 22 to 24 September at the Fira de Barcelona, Gran Via fairground in Barcelona, Spain.
“We are extremely pleased by the interest and support of new and returning companies along with regional pavilions who have signed up to exhibit at the event so far,” said Liz Plizga, show director for Diversified. “Their participation is a testament of Seafood Expo Southern Europe’s opportunity to provide seafood buyers access to the latest products and services in order to meet their customers’ need for more fish and seafood products throughout the Mediterranean.”
Companies expected to return to the show include Marine Harvest Norway, Maresmar SLU and Rockabill Seafood. Other companies, such as Chesapeake Bay Packing, Servinal and Espersen Seafood are exhibiting for the first time.
The expo will also feature special events such as a master class series on specific seafood species, culinary demonstrations fish market tour, conferences and other special presentations.
