Chris Barry, a 30-year seafood industry veteran, has joined Fortune Fish & Gourmet of Bensenville, Ill., USA, as VP-strategic sourcing and sales, working with new products, vendors and wholesale customers.
Barry has spent the past 19 years in San Francisco working for H&N Foods and Ports Seafood. Barry began his career in Denver, Colo., with Seattle Fish in 1983. After moving to Chicago in 1986, he worked for Chicago Fish House.
