Schouw and Co A/S announced that it has divested its holding of 1,000,000 shares in Leroy Seafood Group ASA, which were held by the subsidiary BioMar AS in Norway.
The shares in Leroy were acquired in connection with the sale of BioMar's subsidiary Sjotroll Havbruk in the autumn of 2010, and the sale is part of Schouw and Co's continuing focus on its core activities.
