Cold storage companies VersaCold and Atlas last week announced they have merged and now operate under the name VersaCold Logistics Services, making it one of the largest cold storage networks in the world.
“We are one company, one culture, one vision, one team. The name doesn’t make the company; it’s our people that make the company,” the company stated in a press release
VersaCold is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, and operates more than 120 temperature-controlled warehouses and distribution centers across Canada, the United States, Argentina, New Zealand and Australia.
