Darik Enterprises has hired Brian Kolen as national sales executive.
Kolen has 30 years of experience in seafood sales and has previously held positions with three importers.
The shrimp and lobster importer said it is looking forward to the addition of Kolen to its Lake Success, N.Y., headquarters.
