Findus CFO exits

Leadbeater — who has been with Findus for 10 years — is likely to leave the company in the first half of next year, according to the company.

Leadbeater had helped transform the seafood and frozen foods giant into a “modern day business fit for purpose in today’s competitive marketplace,” Findus said in a statement.

Following the recent Findus Group restructure, the company had firm financial foundations and it was therefore the right time to hand over the business, said Leadbeater. “I have enjoyed the past 10 years — it has been challenging at times, but I have had the pleasure of working with some exceptional people in a business with leading brands.”
