Harvest Select Catfish of Uniontown, Ala., on Thursday announced Stephen Young will join its sales team as director of retail sales.
In his new role, Young will oversee all retail sales in the United States as well as foodservice sales in the Northeast and work to build awareness of the Harvest Select brand.
Young has an extensive background in the food industry with more than 26 years of sales, marketing and production-development experience. He has held positions at Pilot Seasoning, Ducktrap River Fish Farm, Bistro Fresh, ConAgra, H.J. Heinz Co. and Fjord Seafood.
