Morpol on Monday announced Piotr Kapinos as its new CFO.
Kapinos has several years of experience in financial management and most recently served as CFO of Iglotex, where he was involved in key projects such as the merger and integration of Iglotex, Iglokrak and LMJ Groups.
Kapinos also served as VP and CFO of Wilbo, a Polish seafood producer and distributor, where he was project leader in the acquisition of a new business followed by post-merger integration and restructuring of the entity. He was also CFO of the VTS Group and a consultant in the assurance and advisory business service department of Ernst & Young in Germany.
Kapinos replaces Mariusz Redaszka, who resigned in December after less than a month in the position.
