The asset purchase of Eco Safe Systems USA’s food processing division has been completed by Ozone International, the company announced in November.
Moving forward, Ozone International will support existing Ecosafe USA clients as the acquired business continues forth with its focus on the retail and foodservice industries. Eco Safe Systems USA is known for its suite of ozone-based systems built to enhance quality, safety and the shelf life of perishable products, while Ozone International exists as a leading provider of ozone-based food safety solutions for the North American food and beverage industry.

The Ecosafe USA business will continue to focus on the retail and foodservice industries, while Ozone International will support existing Ecosafe clients in the food processing industry.
