Stokes named director at seafood processor Tampa Maid

Tampa Maid Foods announced Rod Stokes as its new director of food safety and quality.

Stokes, who will oversee food product quality and safety, has 15 years of experience in the seafood industry and holds a master’s degree in marine biology.

He formerly worked with Tampa Bay Fisheries, where he established and enforced quality and reliability standards. Stokes also worked at the University of South Florida in marine microbiology.
