Joe's Crab Shack Launches Go Coastal Platters

Joe's Crab Shack on Wednesday rolled out new menu options.

Three different local coastal flavors are featured in Joe's Go Coastal Platters.

The East Coast platter includes Joe's lump meat crab cake, fish and chips and crab stuffed shrimp served with onion strings. The West Coast platter comprises coconut shrimp, Maui mahi and a fish taco served with vegetables. Crispy shrimp, blackened tilapia with etouffee sauce and bayou shrimp served with hushpuppies round out the Gulf Coast platter.

"When we created the new Joe's Go Coastal Platters, it was important to us to use only the freshest ingredients because it keeps the authentic regional vibe alive in each dish, no matter where you are dining," said Matthew Dunn, Joe's executive chef and culinary director, in a press release.
