Pacific American Fish Co., or PAFCO, was established in 1977 by Joseph Huh and his two sons, Peter and Paul, who now run the company. PAFCO offers more than 3,000 fresh and frozen products, from lobster tails and sockeye salmon fillets to fish roes and breaded shrimp packed for retail. Headquartered in Vernon, Calif., PAFCO also has facilities on Pier 45 in San Francisco, California and on the waterfront in Boston, Massachusetts. Its brands include Oceankist, Pacific Surf, Snak N’Go and Pete’s Seafood.
