The 2026 edition of Seafood Expo Asia/Seafood Processing Asia opened 2 September at the Sands Expo and Convention Center in Singapore, with first-time exhibitors and new national and regional pavilions spanning four continents signaling the region's growing weight in global seafood trade.
"This year, we're welcoming a diverse group of exhibitors, from government-backed innovation centers to specialized processing technology providers," said Brenna Hensley, the vice president of seafood events at expo organizer Diversified. "It's a clear signal that companies across the seafood supply chain see Asia not just as a market to sell into but as a strategic center for partnership and innovation."
