Several companies are planning to display new product offerings for the Asian market as part of Seafood Expo Asia/Seafood Processing Asia’s New Product Showcase and the Seafood Excellence Asia Awards competition.
Seafood Expo Asia/Seafood Processing Asia, organized by Diversified and running from 2 to 4 September at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre in Singapore, will showcase a range of new seafood products for the Asian market including ready-to-eat, health-forward, and value-added offerings, alongside cutting-edge packaging, processing equipment, and cutting-edge services and technologies. Several new products will be highlighted as part of the Seafood Expo Asia/Seafood Processing Asia’s new Product Showcase and the Seafood Excellence Asia awards, which highlights products launched within the past 18 months. The products being highlighted include offerings for both retail and HORECA (hotel, restaurant, and catering), as well as tech solutions for things like cold-chain data and solutions.
Aquachile is highlighting multiple products, including Coho Salmon Nuggets, which are a Seafood Excellence Asia awards nominee. Other companies with award nominees include Gumusdoga Seafood, based in Turkey, with its Golden Salmobites; Hai Sia Seafood, based in Singapore, with its Kami No Ebi; Lam Kee Fisheries, based in Singapore, with a Japanese Curry Cod Cube; and Nguyen-X Company Limited, based in Vietnam, with an IQF Pacific Half-Shell Oyster.

Products in the Seafood Excellence Asia awards will be judged by a panel of high-volume buyers and industry experts from across Asia’s retail and foodservice sectors, with a live tasting showcasing on day one of the event in the Demo Theater (stand #E28).
Seafood Expo Asia/Seafood Processing Asia will also feature a Featured Product Showcase, highlighting products in a display in stand #C12 throughout the event. Products being highlighted include Ocean Beauty Industry, based in China, with its Scallop Meat Roe Off; Dashimachonbok Fishery Corp., based in the Republic of Korea, with its Frozen Abalone; and Fuzhou Yufengyuan Group Co., based in China, with its Frozen Red Grouper Fillet.
