Harvest Select Catfish of Uniontown, Ala., will be featured on the History Channel program Food Tech on Thursday at 8 p.m. (CST).
Hosted by Bobby Bogner, the episode documents the journey of a catfish from production to plate, capturing each phase of Harvest Select’s vertically integrated operations, including its hatcheries, farms, processing plants and delivery vehicles.
The episode was taped last year and Harvest Select announced in June that it would be featured on the program. The episode was originally scheduled to air last summer or fall.
