Atlantic Sustainable Catch acquires Atlantic Capes Fisheries, Northern Wind taking over processing and sales division

Atlantic Sustainable Catch – which is composed of Northern Wind, Suncoast Seafood, and Raymond O’Neill & Son Fisheries  has acquired Atlantic Capes Fisheries.

In a press release, Northern Wind announced it will take over the processing and sales divisions of the company. Atlantic Capes is a fully integrated seafood company with harvesting vessels and processing plants, specializing in a number of different shellfish species – including scallops. 

“This strategic acquisition strengthens Northern Wind’s position as a premier provider of high-quality scallops and seafood products while reinforcing its unwavering commitment to sustainability, superior quality, and exceptional customer service,” Northern Wind said in a press release.
