Channel Seafood said in his new role Zepeda will be in charge of Channel Seafood’s operations, including supply chain management and production, “while supporting the company’s continued commitment to quality, sustainability, and service excellence.”

“Marco’s deep industry experience and operational leadership make him an invaluable addition to our executive team,” Channel Seafoods President Mike Shooshani said. “He understands both the global and domestic dynamics of the seafood market and shares our vision of sustainable growth and customer-first innovation.”

Zepeda has previously held roles with Performance Food Group, where he held management positions, and in seafood sales in Chile.

“I am honored to join Channel Seafoods International at such an exciting time,” Zepeda said. “The company has a strong reputation for integrity, product quality, and long-term customer relationships. I look forward to working with the team to build on that legacy and drive the next phase of growth.”

Prior to his four-years with Blue Harvest, Decker served as the CEO of High Liner Foods starting in 2015 after several years at the company first as the president of High Liner Foods U.S.A. and later as the global president and COO.
