SeaWeb on Wednesday announced that the 10th annual Seafood Summit will be hold at the Kowloon Shangri-La in Hong Kong from 6 to 8 September next year.
The Seafood Summit is billed as “the world’s premier sustainable seafood event,” bringing together industry representatives, environmentalists and scientists from around the globe for in-depth discussions, presentations and networking. The event will also feature a series of workshops and field trips.
This is the first time that the three-day event will be held in Asia. The 9th annual event took place in Vancouver, Canada, early this year.
Next year’s Seafood Summit coincides with the third annual Asian Seafood Exposition, which will take place from 11 to 13 September at the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre. That event is organized by Diversified Business Communication, publisher of SeafoodSource.
