Featuring a chile lime glaze, the line includes: chile lime shrimp bowl with pinto beans, rice, cheese and other fresh ingredients; chile lime shrimp tacos; chile lime shrimp burrito and chile lime shrimp tostada. While it is a chain that features chicken dishes, El Pollo Loco introduces seafood entrees for a limited time every year during Lent. "These colorful dishes are loaded with fresh ingredients and topped with our delicious Chile Lime Shrimp that we're sure our fans will truly enjoy,” said Ed Valle, CMO for El Pollo Loco.
