Grieg salmon goes online 

Grieg Seafood’s WildWaters Scottish salmon range is now available from online retailer Ocado.

The varieties include smoked salmon pastrami, gravadlax limoncello, organic smoked salmon sides and even triple packs with shandana, caipirinha and orange pepper smoked salmon.

The selection was created from salmon farmed in the waters of the Shetland islands. The recipes were developed in-house using salmon that are reared, prepared, packaged and sold by the same business, with every stage of production carried out in the Scottish islands. So, within just 24 hours of harvest, the salmon fillets are hand-trimmed to produce fresh loins or enter the curing process to become Smoked Salmon or Gravadlax.
