February is the American Heart Association’s American Heart Month, and Neighborhood Ventures, which operates Fish City Grill and Half Shells, is recognizing the occasion by promoting its heart-healthy menu items.

All of the Dallas-based company’s Heart Healthy Selections — Blackened Rainbow Trout, Catfish Dinner, Shrimp Dinner, Fish City Sandwich and Chicken Breast Dinner, available through 13 February — are certified by Medical City Hospital in Dallas. Fish City Gill operates 23 restaurants, most of which are located in Texas. The others are found in Arkansas, Colorado, Florida and Oklahoma. There are two Half Shells restaurants in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area.
