King & Prince names corporate chef

American foodservice seafood company King & Prince Seafood has named Chef Johnny Carino as its corporate chef, part of the company’s innovation team.

Carino, a graduate of Johnson and Wales University, has more than 30 years of industry experience through cooking, operations, product development, teaching and consulting. He has worked in many foodservice segments including quick service, casual dining, fine dining, hospitality, mid-scale and corporate dining.

“His talent, enthusiasm, and broad range of experience make him a perfect fit,” said Sue Gurkin, Director of Innovation at King & Prince Seafood. “We are very pleased to welcome him to our team.”
