New line of seafood sauces debuts

New Bedford, Mass.-based Eastern Fisheries on Tuesday introduced a line of Chef George’s Master’s Signature seafood sauces.

Created by Eastern’s certified master chef, George Karousos, the line offers six different sauces suitable for a wide range of seafood dishes and applications, including Amazing Avocado, Creamy Feta, Fire-Roasted Red Pepper, Spicy Cocktail, Tasty Tartar and Zesty Mustard.

All six sauces will be sold wholesale in 1-gallon contains.

“As a chef I know that offerings a consistent product is extremely important — Master’s Signature sauces were created to meet the needs of chefs and foodservice operators by elevating the taste and eye appeal of seafood dishes while providing consistency, convenience and value,” said Karousos.
