Old Bay is introducing three twists on classic seafood dishes to celebrate its 70th anniversary this summer: Ultimate Sweet and Spicy Grilled Salmon, Zesty Shrimp Bruschetta and Party Dip with a Zip.
Ultimate Sweet and Spicy Grilled Salmon uses the company’s new spice rub and is based on Old Bay’s Salmon Loaf recipe, which used canned salmon and was baked in a loaf pan.
Zesty Shrimp Bruschetta is based on Old Bay’s Steamed Shrimp recipe, Party Dip with a Zip is a new take on its Spiced Cocktail Sauce recipe.
“Old Bay is that one-of-a-kind flavor that adds an unmistakable bold punch to all types of dishes,” said Adam Walker, Old Bay chef. “For Old Bay’s 70th anniversary, we wanted to shake things up and reinvent some of the classic dishes that celebrate its history. By introducing modern flavor styles to these iconic recipes, we capture what Old Bay is all about — summer fun, great food and good times with friends and family.”
