Stavis Seafoods on Wednesday unveiled three additions to two lines of retail seafood products.
The Boston-based company’s Foods From the Sea brand now includes Cooked Mussels and a Seafood Medley. Stavis also added Hard Clams to its premium shellfish brand, Prince Edward.
Foods From the Sea IQF Seafood Medley includes a mix of finfish and shellfish, including mussels, squid, imitation crab meat and shrimp available in in 1-pound retail bags. Sea Cooked Mussels are farm-raised in Chile and cooked in their own shell and natural juices; they are available in 1- and 2-pound bags. Prince Edward Hard Clams are available year round in Topneck and Littleneck varieties and packed in portion-controlled, 1-pound bags.
