In the previous north-western Europe market update, we predicted that the second quarter of 2019 would bring a more stable market and an increase in price.
While the current general impression does reflect a more stable market, an increase in prices still seems far away.
The only exception to this trend might be the larger sizes of Pacific white shrimp (L. vannamei) as stocks in Europe have largely been sold and availability at origin is limited.
