Marine Harvest majority owner Geveran Trading and its chairman Ole-Eirik Leroy increased their holdings in the company by 3 million shares worth NOK 5.95 (USD 1.03, EUR 0.77) per share.
Following the acquisition, Geveran’s holds 28.57 percent of the total outstanding shares in the company.
Leroy’s shareholdings increased to 1.1 percent.
