A Slidell, La. seafood processor has been charged with not reporting thousands of pounds of seafood his business bought.
The Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries says Gary M. Bauer, the 54-year-old owner of Pontchartrain Blue Crab, was arrested for filing false public records and injuring public records.
