Marine Harvest on Wednesday purchased 7,7734,185 shares in Morpol from Skagen Vekst for NOK 11.85 (USD 2, EUR 1.46) per share.
This brings Marine Harvests total holdings in the Poland salmon processor to 154,060,010, about 91.7 percent of all the company’s shares.
Marine Harvest said it will purchase any further shares in Morpol for the same price offered to it through 6 November. After that date, Marine Harvest plans to compulsory acquire the remaining shares in Morpol at the same price.
