MKG Provisions, of Savannah, Ga., on Monday announced it partnered with a multi-million dollar seafood processing facility in El Salvador.
The partnership will allow MKG’s services to expand to include both finfish and shellfish processing.
The facility owns its own vessels and will be processing seafood products from the Atlantic and Pacific oceans.
“We are extremely pleased with the announcement of our new partnership. This joint venture will allow us to greatly expand the distribution of our sea-frozen products, and we expect it to significantly increase our global market share,” said Michael Faber, CEO of MKG Provisions.
“We also plan to provide more information on other lines of protein-based distribution products very soon,” he added. “Our main objective is to distribute the freshest and best tasting seafood.”
