Pembroke, Mass.-based seafood distributor PanaPesca recently announced that it partnered with Spanish specialty seafood company Pescaviar.
PanaPesca will now market and distribute Pescaviar’s gourmet caviar alternative products, including Moluga (herring), Anchoviar (anchovies), Lobsviar (lobster), Trufka truffles) and Arenkha (MSC-certified North Sea herring) in the United States.
Panapesca USA Corp. is part of the PanaInternational group based in Montecatini, Italy. PanaPesca USA markets a range of shellfish and finfish products nationally to foodservice and retail distributors.
Pescaviar produces and markets gourmet seafood products with the flavor and allure of caviar, but at a lower cost and less impact to the environment.
