Alex Miller, VP of Business Development for Trace Register ◊ In Alex Miller, seafood traceability software vendor Trace Register has found its new VP of business development. A staff economist and program coordinator for Gulf States Marine Fisheries Commission in his past work, Miller is poised for, and “excited” about, his new duties.

“Alex helped guide the seafood industry through rough waters including in the aftermath of a large oil spill, Hurricane Katrina and global economic instability. He’s briefed Congress, The White House, and other governmental agencies about issues facing the global seafood industry,” said Trace Register CEO Phil Werdal of the hire. “We are very fortunate to add him to the Trace Register team.”
