Surimi seafood marketer Trans-Ocean Products, of Bellingham, Wash., yesterday announced it promoted Sharon Thompson to safety and training manager.
Thompson's responsibilities include coordinating and conducting the company's safety and training programs and further developing training protocols.
Prior to her promotion, Thompson held numerous positions at Trans-Ocean, including safety coordinator, human resources administrator, production supervisor and quality assurance technician.
