Seattle-based Trident Seafoods on Sunday announced the acquisition of Kasilof Fish Co. of Marysville, Wash.
Known for its distinctive graphics, bold colors and gift packs featuring Alaska salmon, the Kasilof product line will complement Trident’s Portlock-branded alder-smoked salmon and specialty products.
Additionally, Kasilof’s chief executive Drew Ellison will join the Trident team.
“I have tremendous respect for Drew,” says Trident Executive VP Joe Bundrant. “I admire what Kasilof has accomplished and I want everyone to know how happy we are to be moving forward together.”
