Third-generation Alaskan fisherman Joseph Bonanno is aiming to change consumer perceptions of seafood by taking a hands-on approach. Bonanno runs M.I.F seafood, a small direct-to-consumer, wild seafood subscription and delivery business out of Naknek, a town of just 500 people on the shores of Alaska’s Bristol Bay.
