Whole Ocean Clams (SeaWatch International)
Processed from the Ocean Quahog Clam (Arctica islandica), these clam products come with the foot mussel removed from the rest of the body meat. Moreover, the belly cavity is removed from each, thus leaving the largest solid muscle of the clam for consumers to enjoy. The product comes in a can, fully cooked and blanched in a flavorful juice; they are ready to eat straight out of the can.
