Charlie Trotter's new Las Vegas restaurant, Restaurant Charlie, opened quietly last week, the Chicago Tribune reported on Friday.
The restaurant, which is located in the new Palazzo Resort on the Las Vegas Strip, features a seafood-centric menu.
The grand opening won't be for several weeks, according to the Tribune.
Charlie Trotter's is one of Chicago's most renowned restaurants.
