One of North America’s largest vertically-integrated seafood companies, Clearwater Seafoods is Canada’s leading holder of shellfish licenses and quotas. It fishes internationally for scallops, lobster, clams, coldwater shrimp, crab, and groundfish. Glaciar Pesquera is a subsidiary of Clearwater Seafoods operating in the offshore scallop fishery located in Argentina. Glaciar is jointly owned by Clearwater and its Argentine partne,r who actively manages the business. The company also owns Macduff Shellfish Group, which fishes for langostine and whelk in U.K. waters, and it also holds a 75 percent stake in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada-based St. Anthony Seafoods in partnership with St. Anthony Basin Resources Inc., which holds a 25 percent stake.

2017 total sales: USD 474.8 million (CAD 621 million)
