A Twin Falls, Idaho, commercial fish and frog facility has agreed to pay a USD 25,000 (EUR 18,293) penalty to EPA for more than 550 violations of its discharge permit under the Clean Water Act.
A Twin Falls commercial fish and frog farm has settled with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for repeatedly violating the Clean Water Act and polluting the Snake River in south-central Idaho, according to a press release from EPA.
The aquaculture facility is known as the Canyon Springs Fish Farm and is operated by McCollum Enterprises.
