High Liner Foods on Thursday announced it launched a consumer-focused Web site, www.seacuisine.com.

The site provides information about High Liner's new prepared seafood entrée line, High Liner Sea Cuisine, and offers tips and recipes from Owen Tilley, High Liner's executive chef and culinary director.

The site also features an interactive meal matrix, consumer testimonial videos, health facts, a product locator, coupon downloads and a quarterly newsletter, "Talk to the Chef."

"At High Liner Foods, we think every family deserves the opportunity to create a restaurant-quality experience at home, and SeaCuisine.com presents both seasoned cooks and kitchen newcomers with an abundance of tips, recipes and resources to propel at-home cooks to the next level," said Tilley.

The site is also promoting High Liner's win-a-chef sweepstakes in which one winner will receive personal cooking lessons from Tilley along with USD 200 (EUR 142) in groceries and a USD 200 (EUR 142) gift certificate to Cooking.com.
