True World Foods, a supplier of seafood with an Asian focus, will host a tuna-cutting demonstration at Seafood Expo North America, taking place 6 to 8 March in Boston.
The demonstration will take place at the True World Foods booth (#1953) at 11 a.m. on Monday, 7 March. (A video of True World Foods’ similar demonstrations can be found here).
Also at the expo, True World Japan will showcase its Tsukiji Express brand, providing door-to-door delivery of products from Tsukiji Market in Tokyo, Japan.
