High-end steak, seafood retail website launched
Created by a group of professionals with sourcing and sales experience, the online retail website Certified Steak and Seafood Co. (CSS) launched on Friday.
The site, www.certifiedsteakandseafood.com, brings the grade of products required by fine restaurants, resorts, hotels and high-end retail outlets to consumers. All of the products offered come from inspected and certified sources, with ranchers and fisheries undergoing a rigorous process to become a CSS source and are reviewed on a regular basis.
“We believe that quality is in our certification and today consumers want to have that seal of approval. Our seal makes consumers feel rest assured that they are getting the best steak and seafood for their investment,” said Mark Frisch, CSS partner.
