Arby’s, the quick-service restaurant chain better known for its roast beef sandwiches and curly fries, has launched a limited-time offer King’s Hawaiian Fish Deluxe, featuring breaded Alaska pollock.
The sandwich features a crispy fish fillet, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and tartar sauce on a Kings Hawaiian bun.
The sandwich was created by a franchise team member from Danville, Ky., as part of the Hey Chef Neville! contest for new menu ideas. It will now be offered nationwide as a special item through March.
Arby’s only other seafood item is its Classic Fish sandwich, which also features Alaska pollock, lettuce and tartar sauce on a sesame seed bun.
