4.) Fresh Market salmon sale
The Fresh Market in Greensboro, North Carolina featured an Alaska sockeye salmon sale on 29 and 30 July. The in-store event, in which its butchers trimmed fresh, wild Alaska sockeye salmon to customers’ specifications, featured customized cuts of salmon fillets for USD 12.99 (EUR 10.99) per pound. From 28 July through 1 August, the stores also featured Alaska sockeye salmon for USD 12.99 per pound.
