Fihlman will be integral to spurring company efforts to commercialize new technologies and marketing programs that serve prepared food and seafood processors.

Fihlman, who served eight years as a pilot with the U.S. Navy before entering the business sector, is a graduate of the Massachusetts Maritime Academy with a degree in marine engineering.

Career Highlights: Served in varying capacities at Linde including food freezing and chilling applications, technical sales, and food industry segment growth for Linde’s Eastern U.S. and Midwest regions.
