Seafood buyers and suppliers will once again congregate in Hong Kong in the coming week to explore and immerse themselves within the lucrative Asia Pacific market during this year’s Seafood Expo Asia trade event, hosted by Diversified Communications at the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Center.

The seventh annual edition of the event, Seafood Expo Asia 2016 will feature exhibits from more than 240 seafood suppliers from 6 to 8 September. When attendees aren’t walking the show floor, they will be able to attend panel discussion sessions on topics such as “How Sustainability is Changing Asian Seafood Markets” and “E-Commerce: The Most Effective Way to Grow Your Asian Seafood Sales,” moderated by SeafoodSource’s own contributing editor from China, Gao Fu Mao (Mark Godfrey). What’s more, visitors to SEA this year will be able to witness and participate in cooking master classes involving species like Alaska wild salmon, and Canadian lobster and snow crab.

As the official media outlet for Seafood Expo Asia – a distinction no other news site can claim – SeafoodSource will be covering the event from the show floor and beyond. Bookmark this page for periodic updates from the exposition. Follow us on Twitter @SeafoodSource and send us your expo news using the hashtag #seasia2016 so we can reblog you.
