Rob Kragh leaves Chicken of the Sea; Lisa Hogan joins Lee Fish

- On 17 April, El Segundo, California U.S.A.-based Lee Fish announced its appointment of Lisa Hogan as its new vice president of business development. Hogan spent the last 22 years at Santa Monica Seafood, where she most recently worked as. vice president of business development. 

“I’m pleased to be joining the leadership team at Lee Fish USA. As a customer for many years, I’ve always been impressed with the company’s range of premium products and high-quality standards. Over the past few weeks, I’ve been able to get a glimpse into all the hard work that goes into creating such an efficient seafood-importing business, and I can’t wait to share this story with the great connections I’ve made in the seafood industry over the past two decades,” Hogan said in a press release.

- After 17 years with Chicken of the Sea Frozen Foods, most recently as vice president of category management, Rob Kragh posted on his LinkedIn he has left the company.

I have resigned and am taking a sabbatical from working. Looking forward to new opportunities in the near future,” Kragh wrote.

- Stewart Graham, the managing director of Inverness, Scotland-based seafood technology Gael Force Group joined the Salmon Scotland board, he announced on 20 April. “I’m both proud and passionate about supporting the continued achievements of our sector whether it be through the supply of robust equipment and technology or as a strong advocate for salmon farming,” Graham said in a press release. “I am thrilled to be joining the Salmon Scotland board and look forward to working with all those involved in supporting the future successes of this sector.”

- Geoff Cormack announced his departure from Milarex on his LinkedIn and is joining Vigo, Spain-based seafood company Grupo Profand as its U.K. director. “The news is out. Exciting times ahead I'm sure,” Cormack wrote.

- Pune, India-based producer aquaculture equipment firm Garware Technical Fibres has appointed  Olav Kolbjørn Øvereng as the company’s Norway-based technical advisor, Ramkhrisna Borse as a new member of its technological development team in Chile, and Eduardo Wolff as its European sales consultant.
