Caviar House & Prunier flies into JFK

The Seafood Bar by Caviar House & Prunier is among the nine new restaurants under construction at John F. Kennedy International Airport’s Terminal 4, foodservice operator SSP America announced on Wednesday.

This is Caviar House & Prunier’s first U.S. restaurant. The French company operates 29 restaurants and boutique shops in eight countries: France, the United Kingdom, Denmark, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates and Hong Kong.

The Seafood Bar’s menu features fresh Atlantic seafood, Balik smoked salmon, Prunier farmed and Caspian caviar and a vast selection of wine and vodka. The concept is also located at airports in London, Geneva and Hong Kong.

JFK’s Terminal 4, which opened in 2001, is home to 35 airlines from 30 countries and handles about 9 million travelers annually. It features a 100,000-square-foot shopping mall called The Shops at Terminal 4, where the Seafood Bar is being built.

Other new Terminal 4 restaurants include The Palm Bar & Grille, ZPizza, Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar and Tigin Irish Pub & Restaurant.
