“Carl brings us his wealth of experience and his knowledge of both seafood and sustainability,” Tai Foong President Davy Lam said. “He will be an important part of our efforts as we expand our pioneering programs in responsibly sourced seafood and value-added seafood products under our Northern Chef and Royal Asia brands.”
